You will assist Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment, ensuring they receive excellent support throughout their purchasing experience. Your Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, assist with product selection, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions to help improve overall service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or a fitness-related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
