Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support to Irish-speaking players through multiple communication channels, such as chat, email, and forums.
- Assist players in troubleshooting their issues and resolving queries efficiently to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Gather and relay player feedback to improve our services and gaming products.
- Document player interactions and maintain accurate records in our support systems.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure operational efficiency and effective problem resolution.
- Participate in the development and implementation of best practices for player support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Irish is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- A genuine passion for gaming with an understanding of the latest gaming trends.
- Previous customer support experience or a background in the gaming industry is an asset, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with players.
