As an Icelandic-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to Icelandic-speaking players, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and empathetic support to Icelandic-speaking players through various channels including chat, email, and social media.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues efficiently.
• Collect player feedback and relay it to appropriate teams to improve game features and support quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of player interactions and support cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and overall player experience.
• Contribute to the preparation and updating of support documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic is required; proficiency in English is preferred. Please clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage empathetically and professionally with players.
• Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
