As a Hungarian-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will engage directly with Hungarian-speaking players, providing exceptional support to ensure a positive and enjoyable gaming experience. Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and empathetic support to Hungarian-speaking players via chat, email, and other communication channels.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues efficiently and effectively.
• Gather valuable player feedback and share insights to aid in the improvement of game features and support services.
• Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support cases.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and the overall player experience.
• Assist in developing and updating support documentation and knowledge base resources.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hungarian is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred. Please clearly state your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
