Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support for Fitbit products to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
