As a Back Office Gaming Support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality back office solutions to our German-speaking clients, ensuring smooth and efficient gaming operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert back office support to German-speaking players, handling complex queries and escalations.
- Liaise with various internal departments to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage sensitive player data, account transactions, and related administrative tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Analyze workflows and support tickets to identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all support activities and player interactions.
- Contribute to process enhancements and adoption of industry best practices to optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent in German is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Please indicate your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Prior experience in back office support or similar roles within the gaming sector is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail, with a strong sense of confidentiality regarding player information.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving oriented with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
