Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking a French-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to maintaining a secure and trustworthy digital platform experience for French-speaking users within a diverse and dynamic international company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating user-generated content, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and collaborating with various teams to enhance digital trust and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user content to ensure compliance with digital trust and safety guidelines for French-speaking communities.
• Engage with users to address safety-related concerns and provide assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve trust and safety strategies and processes.
• Analyze trends and prepare reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in online safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation assistance may be provided.
