Your Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated.
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in home appliances, is advantageous but not mandatory.
