Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues related to fitness equipment.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of fitness products and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or a fitness-related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
