Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Effectively address customer inquiries, complaints, and product information to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve collective goals and enhance customer experiences.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and ability to handle challenges effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
