Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist Finnish-speaking clients with queries related to online payment platforms.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve client issues concerning payment transactions.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients to optimize platform use.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Work closely with technical teams to address complex client needs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in payment solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English is required; additional language skills are beneficial.
• Experience in customer support or consultancy roles within payments or fintech sectors is preferred.
