As an Estonian-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for engaging with Estonian-speaking players, delivering high-quality support, and fostering a positive gaming experience. Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, empathetic, and professional support to Estonian-speaking players via chat, email, and other communication channels.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Gather player feedback and communicate relevant insights to the development and support teams to drive improvements.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of player interactions and support requests.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall player experience and support processes.
• Contribute to the creation and upkeep of support documentation and knowledge base materials.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian is required; proficiency in English is preferred. Please clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with players.
• Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
