Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to Dutch-speaking customers via various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to iRobot products promptly and effectively.
- Ensure customer queries are handled in a friendly and efficient manner, enhancing their overall experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and technical issues.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to share insights and drive improvements in support processes.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on iRobot product developments and support best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory; native proficiency preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills related to consumer electronics or similar products.
- The candidate's native language and nationality must be clearly indicated in CV and/or Cover Letter.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation package provided.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
