Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking a dedicated Dutch-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content, managing safety concerns, and ensuring the enforcement of community guidelines to maintain platform integrity and user trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate content to detect and prevent violations of digital trust and safety standards.
• Engage proactively with Dutch-speaking users to resolve safety-related issues and offer support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and optimize trust and safety policies.
• Analyze emerging trends and safety data to inform strategic decisions.
• Keep abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in digital safety.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required.
• Clear indication of native language and nationality in C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation assistance may be provided.
