In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and trustworthiness of our digital platforms by monitoring user content and behavior, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Your fluency in Dutch will be essential in supporting a diverse user community and effectively communicating safety measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor digital content and user interactions to ensure adherence to safety and trust guidelines.
- Analyze data to detect potential risks or violations affecting platform integrity.
- Respond swiftly to user reports and concerns related to digital trust and safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and improve safety strategies.
- Prepare reports and share insights about safety trends and challenges with stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital security and trust management.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Please clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your CV and/or cover letter.
- Proven experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with all relocation costs fully covered.
