As a Danish-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will engage directly with Danish-speaking players, providing exceptional support and fostering an enjoyable gaming experience. Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and empathetic support to Danish-speaking players via various communication channels including chat, email, and social media.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues in a timely manner.
• Collect feedback from players and communicate insights to relevant teams to enhance games and services.
• Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support tickets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and player experience.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base content.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish is required; proficiency in English is preferred. Clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle players professionally and empathetically.
• Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
