Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is searching for a Danish-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring content, addressing safety issues, and supporting the enforcement of community guidelines to ensure user safety and platform integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with trust and safety policies for Danish-speaking communities.
• Interact proactively with users to resolve safety-related concerns and provide assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve digital trust and safety strategies.
• Analyze trends and report insights to support continuous improvements in safety protocols.
• Keep up to date with changes in regulations and industry best practices related to digital safety.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written), and a high level of English, is essential.
• You must clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation assistance may be provided.
