Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, assist with product selection, and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support continual service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or a fitness-related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
