Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist Danish-speaking clients with inquiries related to our online payment solutions.
- Quickly and effectively resolve client issues regarding payment processing.
- Provide training sessions and support to clients on utilizing our payment platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure they receive top-notch service.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve more complex client issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in payment solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the payments or fintech sector.
