As a Czech-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Riot Games, you will be the primary point of contact for Czech-speaking players, delivering top-tier support and ensuring their gaming experience is seamless and enjoyable. Your Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to player inquiries from the Czech-speaking community via chat, email, and other communication channels.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve player issues with precision and empathy.
- Gather player feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of Riot Games’ products and services.
- Document player interactions and support cases accurately and consistently.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to enhance support workflows and player satisfaction.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of support resources and knowledge base documentation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable. Please clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
- A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with Riot Games’ titles and gaming culture.
- Experience in customer support or player support roles, ideally within the gaming industry, is advantageous.

- Effective problem-solving abilities and capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
- A cooperative team player attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
- Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation package provided.
