Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide detailed product information.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach in all interactions with customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential.
