Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and provide information on airline policies.
- Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions to facilitate continuous improvement in service.
- Collaborate with team members and airline partners to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Participate in continuous training to stay up-to-date with airline products and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
- A strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is an advantage, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving abilities.
