Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist Czech-speaking clients with inquiries and issues related to online payment platforms.
• Resolve client challenges promptly, ensuring smooth payment processes.
• Provide training and support to clients to optimize their use of payment platforms.
• Maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to address complex problems.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and technological advancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English is required; you must ensure to clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support or advisory roles, particularly within payments or fintech sectors, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focusing on client satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with online payment systems and technologies is beneficial.
• Willingness to relocate or work in Sofia, Bulgaria.
