As a Croatian-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will engage directly with Croatian-speaking players, delivering exceptional support to ensure a positive and enjoyable gaming experience. Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and empathetic support to Croatian-speaking players via multiple communication channels, including chat, email, and social media.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues efficiently.
• Gather and report player feedback to relevant teams to help improve game features and support services.
• Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support requests.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and the overall player experience.
• Contribute to the creation and updating of support documentation and knowledge base materials.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian is required; proficiency in English is preferred. Please clearly state your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with players.
• Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
