Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and online chat.
- Assist customers with various tourism-related inquiries, bookings, and support requests.
- Maintain professionalism and a friendly tone in all customer interactions.
- Record and document customer communications accurately to improve service quality.
- Collaborate remotely with team members to ensure consistent and excellent customer experiences.
- Participate in training to stay updated on tourism products, services, and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your CV and cover letter.
- Previous experience in customer service or tourism sector is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally within a remote work environment.
