Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, product information, and delivery.
- Manage and resolve complaints effectively while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.
- Accurately document customer interactions and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure your nationality and native language are clearly indicated in your application.
- Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
