Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and general support.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all interactions.
- Efficiently document customer interactions to support service quality.
- Collaborate with team members and Booking.com partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on platform features, policies, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
