As part of the back office gaming support team, you will be responsible for providing exemplary support to Arabic-speaking players, ensuring the smooth running of gaming operations and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional back office support to Arabic-speaking players, managing escalations and complex queries efficiently.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve player issues swiftly and effectively.
- Handle and maintain player data, account information, and financial transactions with utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
- Analyze support processes and workflows for enhancement opportunities.
- Document all support interactions and procedural updates comprehensively.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus. Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Experience in back office support or a related role within the gaming industry is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working well both independently and in a team environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage work in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation support provided.
