We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our frontline team. In this role, you won’t just be making calls; you will be the engine of our growth. You will identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities, acting as the first point of contact for the world’s leading enterprises.
Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure the best fit, understanding each prospect’s pain points and how Open.cx can solve them.
Pipeline Building: Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of high-quality opportunities, ensuring steady progression from first contact to discovery calls.
Market Research: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies in real time.
Sales Playbook Development: Work closely with leadership to refine outreach sequences, messaging, and qualification criteria.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing on campaign ideas, provide feedback to product based on prospect conversations, and share insights with leadership.
Event Participation: Represent Open.cx at trade shows, networking events, and online webinars to generate interest and leads.
