Product Engineers at OpenCX own problems end-to-end: from spotting an opportunity, to talking to the user, to shipping the feature in production — no layers in between.
Responsibilities
- Identify product opportunities.
- Point out possible improvements to our products based on customer pains or business potential.
- Ship product features.
- Quickly plan, prioritize, and implement features / products end-to-end (full stack React + TypeScript).
- Talk to the users.
- Solve the problems of users by getting to learn about the problem from the users themselves - no layers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building software products.
- Experience in TypeScript.
