OBRELA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Junior Associate to support our Talent Acquisition efforts in delivering well-structured, accurate, and timely recruitment processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple tasks, following processes, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, while developing hands-on experience in recruitment and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple recruitment processes in parallel, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates and timelines
- Source and screen CVs with strong attention to role requirements and selection criteria
- Conduct initial screening interviews using structured assessment frameworks
- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, managing calendars and logistics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track recruitment progress, interview stages, approvals, and offer documentation
- Prepare and post job advertisements, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Support hiring projects by monitoring deadlines, follow-ups, and action items
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment checks
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, data protection, and internal standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or final-year student)
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot inaccuracies and inconsistencies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities simultaneously
- Structured, methodical approach to tasks and problem-solving
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in managing calendars, trackers, and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for tracking and reporting)
- Fluency in English (native level)
Nice to Have
- Internship or entry-level experience in recruitment, HR, or project coordination
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Interest in process improvement and operational excellence
- Experience supporting projects and/or high-volume administrative work
