The Opportunity Fresh Clinics is in a pivotal growth window and to make the most of it, we need someone who can cut through the noise and shape our growth engine.
As our Revenue Operations Lead, you’ll sit outside of any individual team, reporting directly to our CCO. That independence matters. Your job is to look across Sales, Marketing, and our AU and US markets with a clear, unbiased eye - identifying what’s driving revenue, what isn’t, and what we should do about it.
This isn’t a passive reporting role. You’ll own the data, drive the projects, and hold teams accountable to outcomes. You’ll also be the person who can sit with a sales rep or a marketer and explain not just what the data is showing, but why it matters and how they should respond to it.
Revenue insight and trend identification
You’ll establish singular ownership of our business-wide data, starting with a clean-up to make sure what we’re looking at is accurate. From there, you’ll identify trends in real time: revenue shifts by region, pipeline health, churn signals, campaign ROI. When something’s dipping in Victoria while other states grow, you’ll be the first to spot it and the first to act.
GTM accountability and alignment
You’ll define clear ownership across Sales and Marketing initiatives, and hold those teams to it. Lead routing, pipeline stages, forecasting cadences, shared targets, you’ll make sure the AU Sales, AU Marketing, and US Growth teams are operating from the same playbook and the same truth.
Project-based revenue unlocking
You’ll drive strategic projects - data enrichment, AI enablement tools, onboarding drop-off analysis, blocker removal - and then hand them over cleanly to the right teams so you can move to the next one. You’re not here to babysit initiatives indefinitely; you’re here to optimise, embed, and move.
Executive visibility
You’ll move us from manual spreadsheets to dashboards the CCO and leadership team actually trust. And you’ll translate what those dashboards mean in plain language, for the Board, for the execs, and for the teams doing the work.
You’ve worked in a scale-up before - not a tiny startup where you wore every hat, and not a big corporate where everything moved slowly. You know what it feels like to operate in a fast-moving environment where strategy and execution have to happen at the same time.
You’re equally comfortable in a data model and in a workshop. You can present a commercial narrative to a CCO and then turn around and coach a sales team on what their pipeline data means for their quarter.
Critically: You finish things. You can drop a project that’s not working without ego, hand over an initiative that’s humming without hoarding it, and move on to the next problem. That cycle — identify, drive, embed, transition — is your natural rhythm.
Strategy or Commercial candidates with solid implementation experience are also welcome to apply. But we need the operational rigour to back up the solid thinking.
