*** This role will be based in Shenzhen, instead of Hong Kong.
- Responsible for user acquisition and advertising for Moomoo (Futu's overseas version), with expertise in ad placement and optimization across major platforms including Google, Meta, and TikTok (APP/WEB campaigns);
- Able to develop targeted advertising strategies based on brand positioning, product selling points, audience profiles, and channel characteristics;
- Data-driven, with the ability to track real-time advertising account data, make quick judgments, and adjust optimization strategies in a timely manner;
- Skilled in A/B testing, continuously iterating on ad strategies and deriving meaningful insights to guide future business decisions;
- Keeps up with overseas trends and understands the psychology of target user groups, with a solid sense of marketing.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing and paid advertising, with hands-on experience operating and optimizing ad platforms;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure, with high data sensitivity and analytical capabilities;
- Experience in cross-team collaboration, systematically identifying issues and driving teams to resolve them;
- Excellent English communication skills preferred;
- Background in finance or related fields is a plus; candidates with personal investment experience are also preferred.
