What you will do:
The Operations Coordinator owns the execution and operational consistency of programs hosted by eXp University and eXp Elevate Coaching, ensuring programs are launched, managed, and scaled effectively across a high-volume, virtual environment.
This individual works closely with US-based staff and Virtual Assistants (VAs) to coordinate execution, maintain operational standards, and continuously improve processes for program setup, launch, and delivery. This is not a task-execution role, but one that ensures accountability, alignment, and consistency across distributed resources and systems.
This role is critical to ensuring consistent program delivery at scale and cannot be fulfilled through task-based support alone, as it requires ongoing ownership, coordination, and accountability across people, processes, and systems.
- Program Oversight & Execution:
- Own and coordinate the execution of eXp University and eXp Elevate Coaching programs from initiation through completion
- Drive program scheduling, setup, launch, and live execution to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Proactively identify and resolve operational gaps to maintain consistent delivery
- Collaboration & Support:
- Coordinate US-based staff and Virtual Assistants to execute program-related tasks against defined processes and timelines
- Provide clear direction, resources, and expectations to ensure consistency and quality in execution
- Ensure accountability across all contributors supporting program delivery
- Process Coordination & Improvement:
- Own and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key program activities
- Utilize and refine workflows to ensure programs meet operational goals and timelines
- Identify and implement automation and workflow improvements while maintaining ownership of end-to-end execution across programs
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the operational liaison between eXp University, Elevate Coaches, Realty Agents, and internal departments
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and readiness for program launches
- Provide ongoing operational support to coaches, instructors, and internal teams
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor program performance by tracking and reporting on key success metrics
- Ensure consistent communication flow, program readiness, and execution timelines to support a high-quality student and coach experience
- Ensure consistency and attention to detail across all program deliverables
- Identify and address issues impacting timelines, quality, or participant experience
