JASARA PMC invites expressions of interest (EOI) for the position of Risk Manager specializing in mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with complex mixed-use projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead risk management activities specifically for mixed-use development projects.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks tailored to the unique challenges of mixed-use environments.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments and analyses throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate risk mitigation strategies into project planning and execution.
- Maintain and update risk registers, dashboards, and reports to monitor risk status and trends.
- Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to promote a proactive risk management culture.
- Provide insightful risk management reports and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Urban Planning, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in risk management, with significant exposure to mixed-use projects.
- Proven ability to manage risk in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
- Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies, tools, and software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMI-RMP, CRM, or equivalent are preferred.
- Experience working within the Middle East region is advantageous.
