safety standards, and partner closely with both your Area Manager and the client’s on-

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and purpose-driven — perfect for someone who thrives
in operations, leads with integrity, and loves building high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and Develop a Team: Train, coach, and support sanitation techs to follow safety protocols and sanitation SOPs while delivering quality work on time.
- Oversee Daily Sanitation Operations: Manage disassembly, cleaning, sanitizing, reassembly, and chemical usage per USDA/FDA standards and site-specific SSOPs.
- Deliver Results: Meet site-level KPIs and labor targets while maintaining high food safety and safety standards.
- Own Compliance: Ensure audit readiness at all times, maintain accurate documentation, and support third-party and regulatory inspections.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders:
Customer: Build trust with plant leadership by proactively communicating performance and aligning sanitation goals with production targets.
Engineering & Quality: Coordinate cleaning access and work through recurring issues with sanitation effectiveness, allergens, or hygienic design.
HR & Finance: Partner on hiring, training, and budgeting to ensure a productive, motivated, and right-sized team.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, implement efficiencies, and help elevate sanitation practices across the site.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in a leadership role within a food processing sanitation environment.
- Sanitation Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of GMPs, SSOPs, ATP/Pre-Op Inspections, allergen control, and USDA/FDA requirements.
