As an International Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our client’s global expansion. You are responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and nurturing relationships with qualified leads across various time zones. This is a high-energy, results-oriented role where you will transform warm and cold leads into meaningful business opportunities. You will act as a consultative partner, helping international clients understand the value of our digital and fintech offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach strategies via Email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to engage with high-intent global leads.
- Lead Qualification: Initiate rapport-building conversations and conduct discovery calls to qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
- Meeting Generation: Consistently achieve monthly targets for booking qualified sales meetings and demonstrations for the Business Development team.
- Pipeline Management: Meticulously track all lead activities, follow-ups, and status updates using CRM tools (HubSpot/Pipedrive).
- Consultative Selling: Present complex digital products and fintech services in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner tailored to client needs.
- Objection Handling: Confidently navigate technical and commercial objections to move deals forward through the sales funnel.
- Strategic Reporting: Provide regular performance insights and market feedback to the Business Development Lead to optimize outreach scripts and strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Telesales (Strictly no fresh graduates).
- Industry Background: Previous experience selling Digital Products, SaaS, or Fintech solutions is highly preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) for interacting with C-level international stakeholders.
- CRM Mastery: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Global Mindset: Comfortable and capable of working across multiple time zones (EU, APAC, or US) to meet global client availability.
- Sales DNA: Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly resilient with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Professionalism: High responsiveness and the ability to maintain a professional "brand voice" in all digital communications.
