Our client is a fast-growing AI startup building next-generation solutions for SAP consulting and enterprise transformation. Already post-revenue, the company works with leading global enterprises, including DAX 40 and Fortune 500 organizations, helping them deliver SAP projects faster and more efficiently. The company is scaling rapidly and building a world-class team in Berlin.
We’re hiring a Head of Growth to own and build the company’s entire go-to-market (GTM) function from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving pipeline, refining positioning, closing enterprise deals, and building a scalable growth engine.
You’ll work closely with the founders to shape strategy while remaining hands-on in execution — from demand generation to enterprise sales — and eventually hiring and leading a high-performing growth team.
