About the Job
The Administrative Intern will play a key role in supporting the company’s administrative and Human Resources operations.
This professional will assist with daily administrative routines, including document management and organization, contract control, and support for internal teams, contributing to the smooth and efficient execution of activities and processes.
In supporting the Human Resources team, they will also assist with employee onboarding and integration processes, organization and control of employment documents, logistical support for training sessions and internal initiatives, updates to spreadsheets and HR systems, as well as general administrative support for the department.
This is an on-site position based in Belo Horizonte (BH), requiring close collaboration with business areas and leadership. Office presence is essential to ensure strong performance, effective team integration, and alignment with the company’s culture.
Responsibilities
- Support the organization and execution of administrative routines, ensuring the smooth running of internal activities;
- Organize and maintain files and documents, both physical and digital, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible;
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and presentations to support different areas;
- Assist with operational team demands, such as travel arrangements, meeting support, and logistics for internal activities;
- Support people-related processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding organization;
- Contribute to maintaining employee records, benefits organization, and internal routines;
- Assist in organizing training sessions and internal initiatives, including logistics and supporting materials;
- Participate in projects and initiatives, contributing to organization and continuous process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organization, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Chat, etc.);
- Willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities, and act proactively in day-to-day activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (including academic projects or internships) in administrative routines or Human Resources;
- Experience in startup environments or fast-growing companies.
