Responsibilities
- Support customer onboarding and monitor the customer journey.
- Understand client needs and ensure they are extracting maximum value from Dadosfera solutions.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance on how to use the solutions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement metrics.
- Collect feedback and suggest improvements in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Sales teams.
- Support customer retention and account expansion efforts.
- Organize and update information in CRM systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or related areas.
- Basic knowledge of technology and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an efficient and proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Success.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools.
- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
- Familiarity with CS metrics such as churn, NPS, and LTV.
- Certifications in Customer Success or related areas.
