Role Purpose
The Network Development & Dealer Performance Manager – Europe is responsible for developing, optimising and enforcing the performance of Zero Motorcycles’ European dealer network.
This role owns both:
Maintaining and improving the current dealer network
Identifying, recruiting and onboarding new dealer partners in priority markets.
The role is highly field oriented and performance driven, requiring the ability to coach, challenge and push dealers to deliver commercial results while ensuring alignment with Zero Motorcycles’ brand, EV strategy and customer experience standards.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Network Strategy
Execute the European dealer network plan aligned with growth targets.
Assess market coverage and identify expansion or consolidation opportunities.
Advise regional leadership on network decisions.
Dealer Performance Management (Core Focus)
Define and manage dealer KPIs (sales, conversion, market share, inventory, CSI, compliance).
Lead performance reviews and develop improvement plans.
Address execution gaps and escalate chronic underperformance.
Dealer Development & Coaching
Act as a demanding but trusted partner to dealers.
Coach on sales process, EV customer education, retail execution, and local marketing.
Coordinate dealer training and support key product launches.
New Dealer Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify, evaluate, and secure new dealer partners.
Lead onboarding: business case validation, facility readiness, brand standards, contracts.
Ensure new dealers meet Zero’s EV sales and service expectations from day one.
Brand & Standards Enforcement
Ensure consistent retail, service, and brand execution across all dealers.
Conduct audits, resolve operational issues, and protect brand integrity.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitors, dealer sentiment, and market trends.
Provide structured reporting on network health, risks, and opportunities.
Use data to drive decisions and performance conversations.
