The role

We’re looking for a Brand Activation & Event Manager (EU) to drive the implementation and execution of GTM activations and events, ensuring Capture One is positioned for success in the photography industry. This role will be responsible for planning and executing brand activations, trade shows, product launches, and industry events, while also supporting broader marketing initiatives such as content localization, partnerships, and campaign execution.
You’ll report to the General Manager, EMEA & APAC, working closely with the Head of Brand Activation and the global marketing team based out of Copenhagen. As the on-the-ground lead, you will ensure that Capture One’s GTM activations are flawlessly executed, collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to create high-impact experiences that engage our audience.
This role requires working cross-functionally with an international team, ensuring consistency in messaging and execution. In terms of travel, the role requires 30-40% travel during peak seasons, including opportunities for international trips to US for onboarding and quarterly business meetings.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, hands-on marketer with experience in event execution, brand activations, and GTM strategy implementation.
