💻 Your Impact
As Business Analyst IT, you’ll be instrumental in translating our mission into action.
You enable ViCentra to successfully execute business and IT transformation initiatives by translating business needs into clear requirements, designing processes and data models, and guiding the selection and implementation of supporting applications. The role ensures solutions are fit‑for‑purpose, stakeholder-aligned, and embedded with robust IT management practices, while also providing ongoing support and continuous improvement after go‑live.
From the start, you will be responsible for several exciting and impactful projects, such as:
Implementing and optimizing our customer e‑learning application as a key part of the customer onboarding journey.
Designing, implementing, and rolling out a new ITSM tool for the internal IT organization, including improving underlying IT processes.
Reimplementing and improving HR processes in the HR system and integrating these with payroll and several other systems.
You will have a direct impact on the processes of Kaleido and how effectively we work as an organization. The foundation you and the team built now sets the standard of ViCentra.
🔧 What You’ll Take On
In your role, you will:
Engage with stakeholders across departments to identify, analyse, and challenge business needs and underlying processes.
Translate business objectives into clear, structured functional and non‑functional requirements.
Design and document “as-is” and “to-be” processes, workflows, and information flows.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and decision‑making sessions with stakeholders.
Design future-state process flows ensuring efficiency, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
Develop high-level data models and conceptual data architectures for new and existing systems that enable the business processes.
Ensure alignment between processes, data structures, and system architecture.
Lead the selection process for new applications, including vendor evaluations, fit-gap analysis, and assessing data, integration, and compliance needs.
Act as functional lead during application implementation projects, ensuring business validation and smooth adoption.
Coordinate configuration activities together with vendors and internal technical specialists.
Contribute to the application’s look-and-feel and UX decisions based on stakeholder criteria.
Ensure appropriate ITSM practices (incident, problem, change, access management) are implemented for applications.
Support process owners in establishing roles, permissions, governance, and lifecycle processes within the application.
Document application processes, workflows, and key design decisions.
Serve as application manager and second-line support applications in your scope.
