👩💻 Your impact
As Product Manager – Current & New Markets, you play a key role within ViCentra’s Marketing team, bridging market needs, customer insights and internal execution. Your focus is to ensure our diabetes solutions are positioned, adapted and ready to succeed across existing and new markets.
You own the product perspective across the full lifecycle for current markets and future expansions – from understanding customer and market needs, shaping product requirements and roadmaps, through to leading product readiness and supporting successful launches. Working closely with Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Operations, Sales and Kaleido Care, you translate strategy into clear, actionable plans that make market entry possible.
Your impact is visible in how effectively Kaleido products are adapted, launched and continuously improved for different countries and customer groups across the EU and US. By turning complexity into clarity, you help ensure our products reach people living with diabetes in a way that is compliant, relevant and truly valuable.
🔧 What you’ll take on
In your role, you will:
Own product management activities for current and new markets, ensuring products meet company, customer and market requirements.
Lead product readiness for launches and market expansions, including adaptation for local market needs, change control and internal alignment.
Gather and translate customer feedback, market insights and usage data into product improvements and future opportunities.
Identify and assess new market opportunities (new countries and customer groups) in the EU and US, including contributing to business case development.
Define product changes and requirements needed for existing markets and new market entry.
Own the product roadmap for current markets, aligning priorities with business goals and customer needs.
Proactively collaborate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Kaleido Care to support product introduction and lifecycle management.
Ensure all product activities are carried out in line with quality, regulatory, legal and company standards.
Work autonomously, structuring your own deliverables while keeping momentum and focus across multiple initiatives.
