👩💻 Your impact
As a People Operations Specialist, you will step into an organization with strong ambitions, where People Operations is still very much in a build‑up phase. Many processes have grown organically, are only partially documented, and lack consistency and integration. Structure, standardization, and data‑driven ways of working are not yet embedded and that is exactly where your impact begins.
In this role, you will have both the mandate and the opportunity to build solid foundations. You bring clarity to complexity, design scalable processes, and help shape a fully digitized, automation‑first People Operations environment. You will critically assess existing ways of working, simplify where possible, and rebuild where necessary, always with a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and future growth.

🔧 What you’ll take on
In your role, you will:
Employee Lifecycle Management & Process Improvement: Oversee onboarding, offboarding and contract management, including orientations, documentation, and transitions. Support the development and implementation of people policies and best practices.
Payroll Management: Manage payroll processing via a third-party provider, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and compliance with Dutch labour laws.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring adherence to legislation and company policies.
Governmental Coordination: Handle mobility topics such as visa applications, relocations, and offboarding. Serve as the main contact for governmental institutions.
HRIS Management & Reporting: Maintain data integrity in HRIS, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
