The main purpose of the Account Director (Digital Marketing) is to take ownership of client relationships and lead the execution and delivery of marketing services across multiple accounts, while building and optimizing the operational backbone of the marketing function.
As an Account Director at Hustler Marketing, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across Paid Media, Email Marketing, and SEO, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring that all services are delivered to a high standard. This includes leading client communication, aligning internal teams, and driving performance across accounts.
This role is structured as a progression into full ownership of the marketing department and, over time, broader operational leadership. You will initially take over existing clients from the CEO and gradually evolve into a key operator responsible for systems, processes, and team performance.
The Account Director will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with internal marketing specialists and other departments to ensure smooth execution, high client satisfaction, and scalable operations.
