Job Role: Executive Assistant
Compensation range: $2,000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with EST hours (4 hours overlap, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: The client is a mission-driven digital platform focused on empowering and supporting women through coaching, community, and communication-based content. They operate in a fast-moving, collaborative setup where ideas are executed quickly and team members are expected to be proactive and hands-on.
Role Overview: This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities. The role goes beyond traditional admin support — it requires someone senior, highly proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership in an evolving environment where priorities shift quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering emails and making travel arrangements.
- Organizing and scheduling our Founder's week in Google Calendar, ensuring no meeting clashes.
- Arranging Zoom meetings to facilitate seamless communication.
- Providing clear and polite communication to our customers via email.
- Sending out our engaging weekly email newsletter.
- Utilizing LinkedIn to create impactful leads lists.
- Updating our website to maintain an engaging online presence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least over 2 years remote experience in an administrative or Executive Assistant role, ideally within a startup or small team (under 10 people)
- Strong communication skills with a professional tone, plus solid experience managing inboxes, calendars (Google Calendar), and scheduling across stakeholders
- Highly organized and adaptable, with proven ability to handle research, dashboards, newsletters, and website updates (WordPress/Webflow) in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with tools like Zoom, Slack, Notion, and LinkedIn for coordination and lead generation; familiarity with email marketing tools is a plus
- Tech-savvy with strong interest in AI tools (e.g., Claude); n8n or automation experience is a bonus
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented, with fast internet, ability to overlap at least 3 hours with EST, and willingness to complete assessments and live task screening for a long-term role (2+ years)
