Job Role: Candidate & Talent Manager
Compensation range: $1,800 AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

It is built on long-term relationships, a structured and quality-focused approach, and a strong emphasis on candidate experience. The team works in a highly collaborative and hands-on way across all stages of delivery. The role works closely within this environment, supporting both client and candidate engagement as part of a close-knit internal team.
Role Overview: We are seeking a Candidate & Talent Manager to work closely with the Director in managing the end-to-end candidate lifecycle and supporting recruitment delivery. This role suits someone senior enough to take ownership, follow direction confidently, and manage priorities independently without constant supervision. It is not a sales or business development role, and success will be measured by strong organisation, consistent follow-through, clear communication, and overall reliability.
