Summary: We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Post-Production to lead and elevate Huda Beauty’s video content function. In this role, you will own the post-production vision across brand campaigns, social-first content, and marketing initiatives, while managing and mentoring a team of four in-house editors.
You’ll work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Social teams to ensure best-in-class output, efficient workflows, and consistent on-time delivery. This role requires deep post-production expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume content environment. You’ll be responsible for setting creative and technical standards, streamlining operations, developing talent, and ensuring creative excellence from concept through final delivery.
This is a hybrid role: highly strategic, yet hands-on when needed - supporting shoots, defining technical approaches, and building a scalable ecosystem of videographers and freelance partners.
