Role Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to drive client acquisition, portfolio growth, and long-term client engagement. This is a front-office, revenue-generating role where you will manage the full client lifecycle—from onboarding new investors to growing AUM and deepening relationships.
You will work closely with investment, advisory, and client service teams to deliver tailored solutions while ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition (Hunting)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of Accredited Investor prospects
- Source clients through referrals, partnerships, and outbound strategies
- Convert prospects through consultative selling and structured engagement
Client Onboarding & Activation
- Define client investment objectives and risk profiles
- Support initial portfolio construction and first transactions
- Drive adoption of the platform
Portfolio Growth (Farming)
- Manage and grow a client book
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide market insights
- Increase AUM, share of wallet, and revenue
- Cross-sell investment solutions aligned to client needs
Client Experience & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Collaborate with CIO, advisory, and operations teams
- Ensure high service standards and timely issue resolution
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies
- Maintain proper documentation and suitability standards
- Uphold high ethical and professional standards
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Priority Banking, or EAM
- Proven track record in AUM growth, NNM generation, and revenue delivery
- Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products
- Experience managing HNW / UHNW client relationships
- Comfortable working in a digital-first environment
- Strong communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills
